Rachel spent her childhood and college years in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.  It was

there that Rachel attended the College of William and Mary, and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She later went on to receive her

Master’s Degree in Education from Regent University.

After college, her long distance sweetheart brought Rachel to the Dallas, TX area where she has been residing ever since. Rachel has first hand information about the local community through sports, church, charitable and educational affiliations. Her familiarity with the area lends to helpful insight and conscientious decision making.
