About Shelly Ruggiano

With a strong background in marketing and public relations, and a B.A. in Communication from Texas A&M University, Shelly Ruggiano has the experience and skills vital to representing both buyers and sellers in Rockwall County and surrounding areas.

 

Shelly grew up near Dallas, Texas, and is the daughter and granddaughter of real estate attorneys who taught her about the legal aspects of the industry; most importantly, the ethics in running their family-owned law firm.

 

As the wife of a Major League Baseball player, she orchestrated many moves around the country for her family while supporting her husband’s 10+ year MLB career. With their home base in Rockwall for the last 10 years, Shelly handled three moves and a land sale by herself. Additionally, they went through the build process, as well as, remodeling and selling investment properties. These experiences made her appreciate every facet of the real estate process along with developing experience in staging homes to maximize sale potential and learning to remain calm in times of stress.

 

Traits that best serve Shelly’s real estate career are her devotion to serving others and commitment to her integrity. In all of her moves around the country, she understands how important it is to have someone who can make the transition easier. She strives to be that person for her clients.

 

Shelly and her husband, Justin, are raising their two kids in Heath and her greatest thrill is spending time with her family and cheering them on in their activities in the community. She is also a certified Power Pilates instructor and an active volunteer at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall for LPKids.
