Terra Maldonado was born and raised in Southern California, but has lived in Rockwall, Texas
since 2019. She has spent the last decade moving around the country to follow along with her
husband’s Army career living in Washington, North Carolina, and most recently, Wisconsin.
After traveling to Texas and doing extensive research on the benefits this area has to offer, her
husband requested to be stationed as an Army Recruiter in the Dallas area for their final move.
She is looking forward to the next stage of life following her husband’s retirement from the
Army in 2023 and being able to plant roots and continue thriving in the Rockwall community.
Terra is a proud mother of four children that although weren’t born in Texas, have become
Texans to their core! They love their schools, sports, and community. Terra understands all that
comes with relocation and has made herself an expert in assisting those moving from out of
state seeking to call Texas home and find the same freedoms her family has in the great state of
Texas. One gift she was given growing up just outside of Los Angeles, was the gift of becoming
bilingual. Terra speaks, reads, and writes fluent Spanish. Whether you’ve lived in the area your
