Current state of “The Market”
The typical cycle is builders recover by buying property in a down market, then rebuild in the upswing. This stimulates the market by homeowners selling their current home and purchasing the “New” homes. Today, our market is very strong and continues to be a sellers market with low inventory of homes for sale. Our growth in Texas has continued to be positive and a trend that continues to rise.

As an agent 25 years later, kids grown and thriving, I am able to take my knowledge, experience and put it into my Real Estate clients full time.
